Spirit School Includes: (per trimester)
A journey / a course fully devoted to the spiritual and energetic world that lies right beneath our noses, and in between our bones. This will be a pilgrimage through the universe to discover who we really are, find the true peace that lies within, and empower our most authentic version to shine through.
Alongside my favorite things to share, we will have many Spirit Guide Guest Speakers joining throughout the 3 trimesters to teach us about their area of energy expertise. Ranging from astrology, to shamanism, the akashic records, dreaming, plant medicine, the great mystery, conscious communication, herbalism and lots more. Think of this as a spirit sampler platter where you will be introduced to many new things and many new sides of yourself. This will give you a chance to explore these paths and feel into what resonates and what could be a potential next area of study for you or personal spiritual connection that you have been curious about or longing to create.
The full Spirit School program is a year long. But you can take it one trimester at a time, or even one class at a time… It will be split into 3 (12 week) trimesters. So we will have 3 months on, 1 month off. 3 months on, 1 month off, and then one final round of 3 months on 1 month off, and that will give us a full year of study. The trimesters will be split into 3 intentional sections.
The weekly meetings with myself and the mentors will be incredible, but I really felt it important to implement different rituals and experiences for us along the way. So that we not only learn about the universe and ourselves.. But we get to feel and experience this as well. Some of the experiences you can look forward to are, breathwork with and without plant medicines, moon ceremonies, Qi Gong, vision boards, sound journeys, mala making, and art therapy!
I will be available during the off months for integration calls as well as in person Spirit Walk Retreats!

This is a program about awareness, belief and creation. Once we become aware of something, and look at it, we can begin shifting it. Belief is the law that will catapult us forward or totally stop whatever it is we are trying to do, be and have.
Creation is why we are here on this earth, creation is our god like superpower, and we all have it. What I have found is that creation brings to the surface the topics that are in our way, and that we are ready to work with.
